What you will do

• Communicate with clients and external parties to ensure all necessary input is received.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, handling client expectations and contributing to overall capacity planning.
• Lead a small team of 5 Technical Motion Designers within the Platform Services department.
• Interpret technical language, prioritize tasks for your team, and ensure delivery of exceptional value templates.
• Manage budgets, project details, schedules, and workflows, facilitating project kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain expertise in hirify.global products and stay updated with new features.
• Identify opportunities, recognize potential feature requests, and provide feedback to improve team processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-to-enterprise-scale projects with complex global and/or multi-brand clients.
• Experience in media, creative production, post-production, or similar client-focused companies.
• Hands-on, proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach with an analytical mind.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating colleagues and/or team members.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven workload and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools, project management tools, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills to bring clarity and structure to plans and projects.
