What you will do

• Define and standardize project management methodologies (Agile/hybrid).
• Build scalable portfolio structures across projects and initiatives.
• Enable end-to-end tracking from epics to releases in Jira.
• Create transparency on status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Design portfolio-level dashboards and reporting views.
• Align teams and stakeholders on common delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project and portfolio management.
• Strong expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience using Jira for multi-project tracking.
• Ability to structure and govern complex delivery landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Background in software/technology-driven organizations.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above required.
