Salary: circa £41,800 - £52,200

What you will do

• Coordinate and support the project management of the creation and banking of innovative assessment content.
• Support and contrhirify.globalute to system decisions for the creation, processing, documentation and storage of assessment assets, leading improvement initiatives.
• Contrhirify.globalute to the trialling and improvement of production and publishing methods, providing practical recommendations.
• Design and manage training and induction for hirify.global colleagues and external stakeholders involved in D&I projects.
• Support cross‑hirify.global projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Support budget planning, cost management and financial stewardship across D&I projects.

Requirements

• Interest in and understanding of assessment and innovation.
• Proven experience in project and programme management, including managing multiple workstreams.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end assessment development and delivery.
• Experience in process improvement within a professional environment.
• Able to work flexhirify.globally and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting and resource management.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI‑based solutions, including user training or capability‑building.
• Awareness of AI governance, regulation and ethical considerations, ideally within an assessment context.
