• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA.
• Improve team productivity through investments in technology, process, and continuous delivery.
• Manage team morale, unblock issues, and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a high-performing engineering team.
• A minimum of 6 years of object-oriented software development experience.
• Experience developing software in a commercial software product development environment.
• Clear and confident spoken and written communication.
