What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team with focus on performance management and career growth
• Own design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems, APIs, and partner integrations
• Design systems as products for flexibility, extensibility, and long-term maintainability
• Anticipate future use cases to reduce rework and build adaptable architectures
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product, SRE, and Operations
• Evolve engineering best practices and champion AI tools for development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years backend or full-stack engineering, 2+ years engineering management or technical leadership
• Strong system design, APIs, distributed systems, modern backend architectures
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data storage (SQL/NoSQL), microservices
• Third-party integrations, API development, production troubleshooting
• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools
• Long-term product-oriented system design balancing delivery and scalability
