Location: Hybrid work model with office in Barcelona, Spain. Flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do

• Assist in the coordination and planning of internal and external training initiatives.
• Support the administrative aspects of onboarding new employees and improving processes.
• Support the organization and scheduling of candidate interviews and posting job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of learning activities and collect participant feedback.
• Help implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excited to gain hands-on experience across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using social media, ATS, HRIS, and other People-related technologies.
• A proactive learner with strong communication and a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Spanish.
