What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and encourage a team of engineers to achieve ambitious goals.
• Develop and implement core systems and innovative features.
• Optimize code for high-performance targets.
• Build and maintain tools for game developers.
• Coordinate with external collaborators including engineering, production, build, art, and QA teams.
• Provide technical analysis and documentation for new systems and ensure high-quality code.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in an engineering role.
• Demonstrable experience with Unity, C#, URP, and Addressables.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud, Firebase, Jenkins, Gradle, and Groovy.
• Strong technical expertise in code optimization and system building.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
