What you will do
- Manage and monitor the health of critical corporate systems including Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Lead the transition of new features from the Build team to Run using CI/CD and automation best practices.
- Implement technical enhancements and system optimizations with a focus on AI and monitoring.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create intuitive documentation and communication channels to support system releases.
Requirements
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience administering enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Workday.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles with hands-on experience in tools like Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GitHub, or Copado.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and SOC 2.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Automation testing Frameworks, especially Copado suites (Robotic testing, CI/CD).
