What you will do

  • Manage and monitor the health of critical corporate systems including Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Lead the transition of new features from the Build team to Run using CI/CD and automation best practices.
  • Implement technical enhancements and system optimizations with a focus on AI and monitoring.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create intuitive documentation and communication channels to support system releases.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven experience administering enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Workday.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles with hands-on experience in tools like Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GitHub, or Copado.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and SOC 2.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Automation testing Frameworks, especially Copado suites (Robotic testing, CI/CD).
