What you will do

• Lead a diverse engineering team focused on integrating AI into existing products and building new AI-powered offerings.
• Collaborate with product managers, ML/QA engineers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver the product roadmap.
• Contribute to feature design and the overall product strategy.
• Refine team processes and culture to ensure agility and smooth delivery.
• Act as a hands-on coach, personally designing software architecture and working on technical tasks.
• Mentor team members on technical and soft skills through regular feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• Substantial experience with C++ and a proven track record of leading development teams.
• Deep knowledge of current AI technologies and agents used in software development tooling.
• Proven ability to have a major impact on mature teams as either an individual contributor or a lead.
• Experience implementing radical technical solutions for complex issues without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with managers and peers.
• Clear understanding of product management and its role in the development life cycle.
