Focus on managing inbound leads, farming existing accounts, and actively hunting for new clients to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.

Location: Must be based in Singapore or Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang), serving the APAC market.

What you will do

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, building trusted and long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend suitable IT Outsourcing engagement models.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC region.
  • Own the full sales cycle for new opportunities, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with delivery, engineering, HR, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Outsourcing or Software Services sales, preferably within the APAC market.
  • Strong understanding of Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation, and project-based delivery models.
  • Proven ability to manage existing accounts while actively developing new business.
  • Consultative selling mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
