TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop new business through new and existing accounts in assigned regions (Indonesia and Malaysia).
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and develop them into revenue-generating accounts.
  • Position the hirify.global platform and Managed Security Services, crafting effective solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas and manage pipeline updates.
  • Negotiate contracts, up-sell, build customer rapport, and assist with adoption.
  • Represent hirify.global at external events and navigate channel/MSSP partners for business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a New Business Sales role within Cyber security (or SaaS/Cloud).
  • Proven solution sales experience, including market identification, pipeline development, and new account penetration.
  • Ability to manage numerous sales cycles simultaneously while achieving revenue goals.
  • Track record of consistent performance and outstanding target achievement in New Business Sales.
  • Existing relationships at technology management level within the Enterprise Sector.
  • Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia.
