- Deliver against assigned individual annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Negotiate competitive but sustainable pricing for the business.
- Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunity to conversion, ensuring compliance.
- Actively monitor market trends and recommend new products or solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech.
- Proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Possess a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary or above education preferred.
