TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (Fintech): Nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, merchants, and partners, acting as a business advisor and product ambassador. Focus on crafting account development plans, delivering payment strategy expertise, and influencing at all levels to promote value propositions.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore (three days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Craft merchant-specific account development plans.
  • Build consultative relationships with merchants through regular and open communications.
  • Deliver expertise and guidance to merchants on global payments strategy.
  • Track merchant project deliverables and ensure activities are updated within SalesForce.
  • Understand products, services, and partner networks to leverage them for merchant needs.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry.
  • Be a strategic problem-solver with excellent project management skills.
  • Possess good knowledge of today’s major e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and future trends.
  • Be customer-driven and able to establish robust relationships with an assigned customer base.
  • Demonstrate a multifaceted approach, adapting to changing requirements and balancing multiple opportunities concurrently.
