What you will do
- Craft merchant-specific account development plans.
- Build consultative relationships with merchants through regular and open communications.
- Deliver expertise and guidance to merchants on global payments strategy.
- Track merchant project deliverables and ensure activities are updated within SalesForce.
- Understand products, services, and partner networks to leverage them for merchant needs.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry.
- Be a strategic problem-solver with excellent project management skills.
- Possess good knowledge of today’s major e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and future trends.
- Be customer-driven and able to establish robust relationships with an assigned customer base.
- Demonstrate a multifaceted approach, adapting to changing requirements and balancing multiple opportunities concurrently.
