What you will do

  • Drive strategic account growth and expand hirify.global’s presence within key client segments.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring clients receive consistent value and exceptional service.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
  • Drive sales initiatives and conduct trainings to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or key account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and face-to-face client meetings, with the confidence to engage prospects and convert opportunities.
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and execute growth plans.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to influence, consult, and build trust with clients.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting market insights to guide recommendations.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented, with strong leadership qualities and a passion for driving client success.
