What you will do
- Support Account Managers in pricing preparation and stakeholder coordination for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns by collaborating with internal support teams.
- Follow up on upsell/cross-sell processes, including compliance, legal, and technical integration.
- Prepare customized reports for Account Managers and partners.
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information within the CRM system (SalesForce).
Requirements
- Commitment for a 6-month internship is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong data gathering, collation, and analytical abilities.
- Strong interest in customer-facing roles and commercial target achievement.
- Organized, proactive, disciplined, committed, honest, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Highly adaptable, curious mindset, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with global, multicultural stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of the remittance market and international payments trends.
