TL;DR

Intern - Account Management: Supporting the APAC Account Management Team in driving business growth from existing customers with an accent on pricing preparation, customer concern resolution, and follow-up on upsell/cross-sell processes. Focus on ensuring CRM data accuracy and preparing customized reports for partners and Account Managers.

Location: Must be based in Singapore

What you will do

  • Support Account Managers in pricing preparation and stakeholder coordination for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns by collaborating with internal support teams.
  • Follow up on upsell/cross-sell processes, including compliance, legal, and technical integration.
  • Prepare customized reports for Account Managers and partners.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information within the CRM system (SalesForce).

Requirements

  • Commitment for a 6-month internship is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong data gathering, collation, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong interest in customer-facing roles and commercial target achievement.
  • Organized, proactive, disciplined, committed, honest, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Highly adaptable, curious mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with global, multicultural stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of the remittance market and international payments trends.
