Senior Finance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead accounting operations for China, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and tax.
• Manage and develop the local Finance team while maintaining strong operational discipline.
• Drive month-end close activities, general ledger reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory and group reporting.
• Prepare management reporting for local and APAC stakeholders with the Head of Finance.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA is highly preferred.
• Experience across accounting, internal controls, FP&A, or hybrid finance roles.
• Success leading and developing finance teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems experience, such as NAV.
