Senior Manager, Financial Systems (Zuora/NetSuite)

What you will do

• Own the administration, architecture, optimization, and roadmap for core financial systems, initially focusing on Zuora and Zuora CPQ.
• Manage integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, NetSuite, payment gateways, and other finance technology platforms across the quote-to-cash process.
• Lead system evaluations, implementations, enhancements, testing, releases, and user acceptance activities.
• Support billing runs, month-end and quarter-end close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger workflows.
• Establish data governance, access controls, approval workflows, segregation-of-duties standards, audit evidence, and remediation processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while coordinating with Finance, Accounting, IT, Information Security, Internal Audit, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, ERP administration, or related finance technology roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on administration experience with Zuora, Zuora CPQ, and NetSuite; knowledge of Salesforce integrations with billing and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, general ledger workflows, financial reporting, reconciliation, process automation, and system integrations.
• Experience with internal controls, IT general control frameworks, access reviews, audit support, and technology risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SuiteScript or SuiteFlow experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification.
• SaaS or multi-company back-office operating experience.
• Experience identifying, designing, or implementing AI-enabled solutions.
