Workday Integration Specialist (Workday)

Focus on client-facing implementation, developing integration plans, and ensuring successful alignment to Workday processes and the client's IT environment.

What you will do

• Manage and support the integration of hirify.global Digital products with client 3rd party HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Create and maintain best practice documentation for hirify.global Digital integrations with third-party platforms.
• Support the implementation of hirify.global Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments.
• Review and assess client’s functional and technical integration requirements, and develop implementation plans.
• Assess client’s Information Technology environment against hirify.global product requirements and provide configuration recommendations.
• Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects to address technology integration and architecture questions.

Requirements

• High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains including Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Certification with Workday HCM modules including configuration and implementation is required.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms is required.
• Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related topic is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Built On Workday app and Workday Query Language (WQL).
• Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (e.g., Workday Orchestrate, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
