What you will do
- Manage and support the integration of Digital products with client 3rd party HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Create and maintain best practice documentation for Digital integrations with third-party platforms.
- Support the implementation of Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments.
- Review and assess client’s functional and technical integration requirements, and develop implementation plans.
- Assess client’s Information Technology environment against product requirements and provide configuration recommendations.
- Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects to address technology integration and architecture questions.
Requirements
- High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains including Recruitment and Talent Management.
- Certification with Workday HCM modules including configuration and implementation is required.
- Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms is required.
- Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related topic is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Built On Workday app and Workday Query Language (WQL).
- Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (e.g., Workday Orchestrate, SAP BTP).
- Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
