What you will do

  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and continually iterate target lists based on market research and collaboration.
  • Partner with sales team on interested prospects regarding key stakeholders, client information, and approach.
  • Maintain sales data through Salesforce.com.
  • Deliver presentations that compel new and dormant clients to work with the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment with emphasis on selling SaaS or related HR solutions and services to large corporations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
  • Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io
  • Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
