What you will do
- Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using calling, emailing, and social media.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and continually iterate target lists based on market research and collaboration.
- Partner with sales team on interested prospects regarding key stakeholders, client information, and approach.
- Maintain sales data through Salesforce.com.
- Deliver presentations that compel new and dormant clients to work with the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment with emphasis on selling SaaS or related HR solutions and services to large corporations.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io
- Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
