What you will do

• Lead complex organisation design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
• Shape OD approaches aligned to client strategy, context, and operating environment.
• Lead the design of organisational structures, governance models, roles, and accountabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading senior-level workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Own delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading organisation design and operating model work.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting programmes or workstreams.
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders on organisational effectiveness.
• Background in consulting or senior in-house OD / transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools.
