Location: Hybrid in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, with 2-3 days onsite weekly at a client location and required monthly day trips between the two cities.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to find candidates meeting client profiles and build talent pools.
• Manage client relationships by conducting interactions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for information technology and corporate positions.
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly and travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma.
