Manager, Business Development Representative (Cloud Security): Leading and developing a team of BDRs across EMEA to build a qualified customer pipeline with an accent on inbound/outbound strategies and conversion metrics. Focus on coaching, territory management, and fostering a people-first sales culture within a cybersecurity SaaS context.
Location: London, UK. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 8+ Business Development Representatives across different geographic regions.
- Coach, train, and develop BDRs on inbound and outbound strategies and techniques.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including field enablement, marketing, and revenue operations.
- Analyze quarterly targets and forecast pipeline creation demonstrating in-depth knowledge of BDR motions and conversion metrics.
- Cover unassigned accounts as a player/coach whilst hiring, onboarding, and ramping new team members.
- Collaborate on sales territories, quotas, and goals to align with business objectives and global expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a people manager role managing BDR reps for a SaaS/B2B company.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success calling into, or selling to, IT or security organizations of all sizes.
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system.

Nice to have
- Experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketing programs and methodologies.
- Cybersecurity expertise.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC sales strategy process.
