What you will do

  • Lead and support a small solution engineering team focused on reusable libraries and shared capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to enable delivery through shared standards.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices across CI/CD, deployment, scanning, and scaling.
  • Serve as an escalation entry point for complex application-related production issues.
  • Champion secure application development practices and compliance expectations.
  • Continuously assess engineering practices and tooling to promote pragmatic improvements in developer productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
  • Proven ability to support and enable the delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software across multiple agile teams in cloud-hosted environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend technologies such as C# / .NET, RESTful APIs, Angular, and relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-hosted environments, including platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
