What you will do

• Lead and develop one to two squads through coaching, feedback, and structured growth plans.
• Define and execute quarterly plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and code reviews using .NET and React.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and senior leadership to align with business goals.
• Drive agile ceremonies and monitor success metrics to maintain execution flow.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in .NET, React, SQL, Azure, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana and DataDog.
• Background in developing telephony products.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
