What you will do

• Build, run, track, and optimize a strong, engaging social media strategy.
• Manage hirify.global’s social media accounts and create engaging content in collaboration with the content team.
• Brief, develop, and execute social media campaigns and influencer campaigns with the marketing activation and creative teams.
• Manage scheduling and posting of social media content using SproutSocial.
• Grow a lively and active community of hirify.global followers and creators.
• Guide webcare activities on social channels with community managers and customer support.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in running a brand’s multimarkets social media strategy or in an agency with this focus.
• Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.
• English: C1+ required (close-to native written skills).
• Good organization and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch, German or French.
• Experience working with a purpose-driven brand or in the consumer electronics industry.
