Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00

What you will do

• Provide engagement research support to clients and teams.
• Research the investment banking market and develop target lists.
• Identify potential candidates using online, proprietary tools, and personal networks.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Oversee the preparation and updating of Market Mappings and People Moves data.
• Assist with business development support, including deck preparation and design.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
• Genuinely interested in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
• Ability to quickly learn Investment Banking & Markets industry fundamentals.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• English: B2 required.
• Advanced Excel expertise, with a strong focus on PivotTables and advanced data analysis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis.
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Capital IQ, BoardEx, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo.
