Junior Recruiter

TL;DR

Junior Recruiter: Supporting a multinational Pharma client in an RPO team, responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and optimizing sourcing channels. Focus on developing talent pools and effective candidate relationship management strategies.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Germany.

What you will do

• Align sourcing activities with workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
• Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
• Manage effective candidate relationship management strategies.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches.
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion.
• Support interview scheduling with client’s hiring managers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and prioritizing different needs.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in RPO environments.
