What you will do
- Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC’s growth priorities.
- Continually recruit and onboard a next-generation portfolio of ISC partners to accelerate market coverage and solution reach.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, including Digital, Consulting, Legal, Finance, Product, Delivery, and Marketing.
- Lead channel incentive programs, partner tiering, and performance management processes in alignment with global standards.
Requirements
- Experience in partner sales strategy and execution.
- Proven success in channel partner enablement and development.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience in programmatic leadership, including incentive programs and contract governance.
