Salary: $260,000 – $300,000 USD + equity (annual on target compensation)

What you will do
- Build awareness and drive demand for hirify.global solutions in the Northern California territory.
- Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
- Work closely with channel/tech alliances to uncover and progress customer opportunities.
- Actively prospect for outbound leads and nurture inbound lead flow.
- Collaborate across hirify.global business functions to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Build a strong business plan to achieve growth within accounts and specified territory.
Requirements
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with regular attendance required at in-person meetings & events.
- 3+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in the Northern California region.
- Experience selling a technical SaaS solution to technical stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, DevOps, IT).
- Ability to prospect for outbound leads and build customer demand, while also developing inbound lead flow.
- Familiarity with relevant regional IT channel partners/Tech Alliances in the Northern California region.
- Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
