What you will do

  • Drive revenue for hirify.global, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to foster strategic adoption plans.
  • Navigate complex multi-party sales and build trust with executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Solutions Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
  • Provide recommendations to product teams to influence the Enterprise roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions at the mid-market or enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level software deals over $100K.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Ability to discuss IT concerns including security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and ability to develop senior-level relationships.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tooling for efficiency.
