What you will do
- Drive revenue for hirify.global, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
- Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to marry business problems with platform solutions.
- Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative conversations with executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Managers.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
- Provide recommendations to product teams to influence the Enterprise roadmap, potentially partnering with customers to design scalable AI systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying success selling SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical SMB and mid-market organizations.
- Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency.
- Proven track record of closing software deals over $50K and meeting sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like hirify.global.
- Natural curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with AI tools for efficiency.
- Comfortable with high-volume, high-velocity sales activities (e.g., sending 60-90 emails per day).
