What you will do

  • Drive revenue for hirify.global, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to marry business problems with platform solutions.
  • Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative conversations with executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Managers.
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
  • Provide recommendations to product teams to influence the Enterprise roadmap, potentially partnering with customers to design scalable AI systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying success selling SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical SMB and mid-market organizations.
  • Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency.
  • Proven track record of closing software deals over $50K and meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like hirify.global.
  • Natural curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with AI tools for efficiency.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, high-velocity sales activities (e.g., sending 60-90 emails per day).
