Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office. Must be based in the United States.
Salary: $133,000 - $391,500 USD

What you will do
- Mentor staff to develop their full potential and support career growth.
- Collaborate with Product and scrum teams to define requirements and ensure product delivery using cloud best practices.
- Perform code reviews, guide software architecture, and technical decisions.
- Drive the team to manage customer expectations of uptime and performance by defining and reviewing SLO/SLIs.
- Measure team performance and report progress to senior leadership and program management.
- Develop and manage collaborative relationships with vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with 2-4 years leading teams to deliver customer-facing products.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring Software Development teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Effective communication (verbal, writing, and presentation) and leadership skills are essential.
- Experience developing software in cloud (GCP) with microservices architecture.
- Experience developing UI software, with knowledge of modern UI frameworks and technologies like React and micro frontends.
- Ability to work with the Architecture team and senior staff to set technical direction.
