• Bridge the gap between core infrastructure and product engineering, launching flagship features.

• Manage a multi-million dollar annual cloud budget, optimizing resource allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of 50+ engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams, including managing engineering managers.
• Strong track record of architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems for high transaction volumes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence in a complex, regulated environment.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the US.
