What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required for strong verbal and written communication.
• Location: Must be based in the US, with ability to work hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 12 years of engineering experience with a proven track record in developing and delivering complex, enterprise-class software solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing and building distributed and parallel data processing platforms.
• Skilled in collaborating with architecture and engineering leads to create comprehensive architectural models and technical design documentation.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of system performance tradeoffs and engineering for high availability.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and full-stack development.
