TL;DR

Customer Success Senior Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue and product adoption across hirify.global's customer base with an accent on deepening customer relationships, scaling payments volume, and implementing custody solutions. Focus on identifying cross-selling opportunities and creatively solving complex business and operational issues unique to each customer.

Location: In-office collaboration is required for 10+ days a month, with flexibility for managers and teams to decide on the specific days.

Salary: $155,000—$190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's current technical solutions, organization, internal decision-making, aspirations, and needs.
  • Serve as an advisor/hirify.global advocate with customers, enabling them to better experience the potential of hirify.global and participate in developing new and ground-breaking solutions.
  • Conduct financial, business, and value analysis to understand and analyze key financial targets.
  • Navigate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving them to deal execution with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead key initiatives, working with cross-functional collaborators to creatively solve complex business and operational issues.
  • Collect customer and marketplace feedback related to hirify.global's value proposition and communicate this throughout hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, with Spanish as a bonus
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at financial institutions and/or a FinTech or crypto organization
  • Demonstrable understanding of multi-stakeholder management in complex environments
  • Experience in the development and launch of modern, complex business solutions involving innovative technology and B2B relationships
  • Excellence in building and managing relationships in cross-functional, global teams
  • Highly self-motivated individual who operates proactively and is driven to create impact and succeed.
