What you will do

• Engage with the developer community, answer technical questions, and solicit feedback to improve our products.
• Create high-quality technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, and documentation on AI and dev workflows.
• Build and maintain open-source reference architectures and starter kits that serve as a golden path for developers.
• Act as a feedback loop between the community and internal Product/Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Deliver technical talks and workshops to establish thought leadership in the developer and AI ecosystem.
• Research emerging AI technologies like multimodal models and agentic frameworks to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in a developer-facing role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for prototyping and delivering innovative solutions.
• Hands-on experience building applications using modern AI technologies and standards.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong background in API design, microservices, and CI/CD principles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform engineering, Backstage, or workflow orchestration.
• Background in MLOps, AI model optimization, or developer productivity engineering.
• Active presence in the AI or open-source community.
• Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript in an AI context.
