What you will do

• Develop AI solutions automating decision-making with measurable business impact.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable, observable AI systems collaborating with senior engineers.
• Implement AI lifecycle stages: data preparation, agent development, evaluation, monitoring.
• Apply responsible AI practices for fair, transparent, ethical solutions.
• Create AI engineering standards, reusable assets, and secure enterprise integrations.
• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with AI architectures, LLMs, vector databases, Google ADK agent frameworks
• Strong software development in Python and/or Java, Agile lifecycle familiarity
• AI/ML solution development from prototype to deployment, ideally in large enterprise
• Understanding of cloud environments: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills focused on performance and maintainability
• Enthusiasm for AI technologies, automation, innovation, quick learning
