What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota assignments.
  • Manage three unique sales motions: new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewal.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
  • Leverage a deep technical understanding of hirify.global solutions to drive a consultative sales motion.
  • Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services through regular outbound campaigns.
  • Accurately forecast, build commercial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations through a consistent sales process.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong B2B discovery skills.
  • Track record of exceeding annual targets of $1M+ and successfully managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Experienced in multithreading into the C-suite and across an organization to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
