What you will do
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota assignments.
- Manage three unique sales motions: new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewal.
- Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
- Leverage a deep technical understanding of hirify.global solutions to drive a consultative sales motion.
- Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services through regular outbound campaigns.
- Accurately forecast, build commercial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations through a consistent sales process.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Strong B2B discovery skills.
- Track record of exceeding annual targets of $1M+ and successfully managing complex six-figure deals.
- Experienced in multithreading into the C-suite and across an organization to manage complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
