TL;DR

Territory Manager (EMS): Managing and developing a customer base to achieve sales quotas for pre-hospital medical devices and software solutions, with an accent on uncovering new business opportunities and providing in-service education. Focus on strategic selling skills, territory time management, and maintaining organized account records in Salesforce.

Location: This is an onsite field sales role based in Little Rock, AR, United States. Candidates must be able to work in the field a minimum of 3 days per week within the assigned territory.

Salary: $180,000 USD (at plan compensation including base and commission)

What you will do

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable products.
  • Develop and maintain short-range and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential sales.
  • Provide in-service education to customers.
  • Ensure proper technical scope review before sales.
  • Maintain organized account records and activity reporting in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related sales experience required.
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products.
  • Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work in the field a minimum of 3 days per week within the assigned territory.
