What you will do
- Drive regional sales growth across energy, civil engineering, and environmental sectors.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team aligned with fiscal targets.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and partners across Latin America.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and generate demand.
- Expand customer pipelines through strategic partnerships and proactive business development.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and commercial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–7 years of experience leading business or commercial teams.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development and/or technical sales.
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural environments.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
