What you will do
- Identify and select important end customer accounts according to the Region Strategy and Market needs.
- Develop clear business plans in selected accounts, aiming for long-term relationships and setting annual targets.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to develop and close project pipelines.
- Ensure end customers have the necessary product portfolio (Network Video, software, cabling, networking, storage) and are well-trained and certified.
- Run activities to influence and educate accounts, building an ecosystem around Axis to increase market pull.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in the IT and/or CCTV industry, preferably with distributors, integrators, and/or large end-users.
- Experience and understanding of indirect sales.
- Technical background and interest, with the ability to learn Axis products.
- Good knowledge of the Brazilian Market, culture, and IT/Security Business.
- Very good English, written and spoken.
- Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.
