Account Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships to drive profitable growth for hirify.global with an accent on developing trusted advisor relationships and meeting sales targets. Focus on identifying and growing opportunities within the territory and coordinating with internal teams.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Argentina or Brazil)

What you will do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or channel marketing within the High Tech industry.
  • Proven success in developing and managing partner relationships and driving ongoing revenue.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or comparable market space, competitors, and trends.
  • Extensive Strategy Development, Partnership Management or Business Development experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time to Mexico, Central or South America.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
