TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Bilingual): Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and driving profitable growth for hirify.global within assigned territories with an accent on developing trusted advisor relationships and meeting sales targets. Focus on identifying and growing opportunities within the territory and coordinating internal resources to meet partner expectations.

Location: Remote from Argentina or Brazil. Requires up to 50% travel to Mexico, Central, or South America.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Coordinate company personnel, including support and service resources, to meet partner performance objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or channel marketing within the High Tech industry.
  • Proven success in developing and managing partner relationships and driving revenue results.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or comparable market space.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills for technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to Mexico, Central, or South America.
