What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for technically sophisticated clients.
- Translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
- Represent hirify.global at key industry events and conferences across Brazil.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
- Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles.
- Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
