TL;DR

Location: Must be able to operate in and cover the Brazil region.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for technically sophisticated clients.
  • Translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events and conferences across Brazil.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish.
