What you will do

• Lead and participate in client engagement workstreams to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.
• Obtain data, execute/oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and solutions.
• Develop presentations and deliverables for various client audiences.
• Manage workstream economics and participate in project management activities.
• Participate in practice development and internal activities, including learning Premier technologies.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to sales presentation development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations to client audiences.
• Ability to conduct analyses, oversee and mentor others in client deliverables.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics.
• For Analytics Focused Roles: Expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases, experience analyzing complex healthcare data and developing visualizations.

Nice to have

• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
• Master’s Degree.
