What you will do
- Lead and participate in client engagement work streams, determining client needs and managing project activities.
- Conduct, oversee, and provide quality assurance over data analyses, interpreting findings to form initial recommendations.
- Develop deliverables and presentations that communicate strategy and outcomes for various client audiences.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation, and manage workstream economics and project budgets.
- For analytics-focused roles: Build and maintain dynamic data models based on hirify.global and client needs.
- Lead efforts to standardize and automate client deliverables, and troubleshoot analytical tools like Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Participate in practice development activities and learn hirify.global-based technologies.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 4 or more years of applicable experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Required).
- Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
- Ability to conduct analyses and mentor others in the delivery of client deliverables.
- Experience relating to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.
- Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.
Nice to have
- Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
- Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
- Master’s Degree.
