What you will do
- Support the Sales organization with Sales Operations and CRM-related tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automations and process improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across Salesforce.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including automation tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience working in a Sales Operations or CRM role.
- Experience supporting a sales organization in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Experience supporting or integrating Salesforce with other business systems, including CPQ knowledge.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/analytics tools.
- Experience or exposure to AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Copado.
