Salary: $133,400.00 - $238,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives in billing, payment, and collections.
• Lead projects and initiatives across departments, managing risks and complexity, and serving as a senior advisor to management.
• Develop and implement strategic, multi-phased projects from original concept through final implementation, creating detailed work plans and schedules.
• Establish and facilitate the governance framework for the program, monitoring milestones, metrics, and ensuring high levels of quality and compliance.
• Manage program budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Finance Shared Services, CT Finance, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 11+ years of program/project management experience, preferably with a focus on financial operations or financial management systems.
• Proven knowledge of Project/Program Management principles/methodologies (e.g., waterfall and Agile) and the ability to coach and mentor.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, data analytic tools (Power BI), and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and lead cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
