What you will do

• Lead and oversee performance improvement initiatives for healthcare clients.
• Manage client relationships, engagement resources, and project logistics.
• Drive engagement results and ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop advisory staff.
• Participate in sales and business development activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on projects.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 7+ years applicable experience required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise (Subject Matter Expert).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree; RN or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP/Lean Certification.
