Technical Program Manager: Leading and overseeing technology modernization initiatives, responsible for building project plans and driving the RFI/RFP process. Focus on ensuring successful execution and delivery of the project within allocated time and budget.

What you will do
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead the development and management of the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale technology projects within time and budget constraints.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor management.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are highly desirable.
