What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs from concept to launch.
• Work with architects and engineering leads to define technical requirements and solution designs.
• Act as the primary coordination point between engineering, product management, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver clear program updates, executive summaries, and status reports to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure program alignment.
• Implement best practices for program governance, reporting, and execution frameworks.

• Ability to influence without authority.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex technical programs.
• Experience translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
